Looks like my 355 is going to need a set of cats. Has anyone had issues with the Hyperflow cats throwing CEL? Thanks.

Have only had my Hyperflows on for a few hundred km, but so far no issues at all.
    Running beautifully.

I found out my oem cats had gone bad. Went to order hyper flows (348) and was surprised to hear they were on back order and it would be a couple of weeks. I ended up going with fabspeeds instead. Have you checked availability yet?

Just over one year and about 3,500 miles with not a single problem. This is in conjunction with QV upgraded stock headers and Capristo 3 exhaust.

Here in California where they tighten the emission every year, Hyperflows may not pass the sniff test at all. My car passed by the skin of its teeth. I know some that do not pass and have to go back to stock cats before they would pass. As for the CEL, two extensions on the rear O2 sensor will help to keep the lights from coming on, but they do come back on just not as regularly.

Yes, it's a pain in the butt but luckily I had a great Fchatter buddy lend me his stock cats, passed with flying colors! The sound of the Hyperflows is amazing. On my car 7-8 years, no CEL on 1995 F355.

5 years no CEL from the Hyperflows with Tubi headers and Tubi exhaust for me either, 1995 with 1994 build date. I would wait for the Hyperflows if they are back ordered, nothing but the best for my car.

Mike - I have a 1999 with Hyperflows installed for the past 6-7 years. So far, they've never thrown a CEL and I've passed the CA emissions test every time.

Thanks everyone for your post. Spoke to Daniel at Ricambi this morning first I'm going to change the two pre cat O2 sensors if that doesn't work than it's a new set of cats.
