Let's assume for a moment that the Mclaren mess moves forward and that Hamilton gets suspended for some of the races. Who would you put in that car? Who's the leading contender that isn't already tied up with some team as an 'alternate'? Would you just slot Pedro de la Rosa into the car? Show your work
I think it would have to be DeLaRosa. There's no one else available that would do a better job and that knows the car any better than him.
Marco Andretti. So that the Andretti family would get humiliated, wronged and mistreated again by the evil Europeans: "WHAAAT??? No chicken in the VIP area? Do you know who we are? What's that poulet stuff anyway, some French rodent or somethin'?" Enough misfortune and tragedy for an entire Country album.
Erm... I would put in any of the 90% of fchat F1 section posters. That percentage truly believe they can do a better job Although they would say that they could if they wanted to, but they would want a Ferrari seat instead
Guillaume Moreau raced and podiumed in company of Hamilton, Vettel and Sutil, is currently GT-1 champ. You could give guys like him a couple of races each and win some much needed good PR for the team.
JPM, Scott Speed or AJ Almendinger. 2009 appears to be the year of rubbing wheels in F1. I don't know the answer, maybe Rene Arnoux or Alain Prost...
If DeLaRosa wanted it than I would give it to him. If not, give someone young in your feeder series a shot if he is ready...
Probably Pedro, but if i wanted to take advantage of the situation and make a bit of a media splash, then possibly give Bruno Senna a few F1 races to see how he does.
De la Pink is useless. Buy Schumacher out of his Ferrari contract and fulfill his lifelong dream of driving for Mercedes.
Yes at such short notice, I hope this happens. But as I said earlier, it won't, Bernie let a cash cow go! nah
I'm thinking Coulthard possibly. He drove for McLaren, is a consistent driver, and has tons of experience.
Yes, Joe Tanto (aka Sylvester Stallone)! On second thought, Pedro de la Rosa would probably be a better choice.
