Which Ferrari would you buy, and I am referring to the car COSTING < $75,000, NOT that being the down payment on a $125,000 car. What would you choose, modern or vintage? Which model? Depreciation issues? Investment potential? Etc... ...just for fun to see what is available at a price point some people can really forsee not crazy stuff like Enzos that are for the top 1/10th of 1% of wage earners, you know the other .09% of the top 1%.
you can get a real nice 348 for that.. and a pretty worn 355. goto your bank get a CD with your cash, use the CD as collateral and get a line of credit. buy the car, make payments for a bit, and then move up. -A
In an effort to put an end to a sad era, as a payoff, I'd deposit it evenly into the piggybanks of those who keep asking this question.
Testerossa or a 348/355 ideally but I could certainly go for something less (308,328 etc) if I had that much money, no complaints!
Bump it up to $150,000.00 and I could fantasize a little...I've got the $75K range car now, only interested in owning vintage and definitely not interested in moving sideways.
There aren't many older Ferraris you could buy for $75,000, but you should be able to get a near perfect 250 GTE for that...
I think it's a fine question. I also think it has been asked 175 times. By the same token, why not search and read instead of starting another thread?
buy something that has the POTENTIAL to go up in value while you own it. not that it will, not that you will make money on it, you may loose a little, but at least you can drive your cash around for a while.
Are you looking for opportunities to be nasty? It seems as though, regardless of the subject matter and the incredibly wide range of posts throughout Fchat, your "dry wit" response stinks like my cat Cinder, pi$$ed on it!! 10,409 peices of cat **** don't equal one piece of gold. Stop already, Dave. You can be so damn funny - - your wit can illecit raucus laughter. Don't choose a response of hatred - piss off enough folks, and no one will pass you the ball. They may stop asking - - - - - enough - - - you get my drift. Please try to change your direction. Anninomity will not protect you - - love will. Cheers, Hank
