If Jim were ever to put up the P4/5 up for auction (not that he ever would) how much do you think it would fetch? My friend and I were having a debate, i was saying at least 9M+ but he said "due to it being a custom car made to Jim's taste then it wouldn't, maybe in the future but right now no" opinions?

if the car wasn't recognized by Ferrari, perhaps it wouldn't fetch a high dollar value, but Factory recognition makes a huge difference in my n00b opinion. To my untrained eye, there are a few parts of the car that appear somewhat unfinished, but nonetheless functional.

The car WILL have a lot of miles LOL, so prior to any auction, it would def. undergo full restoration at great cost (Enzo+++) so I wouldn't be suprised to see it go fro 7-9 mills... based on nothing lol

That car will probably fetch more than 6 million dollars because this is a one of a kind car, simple as that.

Jim owns the rights on the design of the p4/5 Enzo, and if it would sell, then hypothetically, those design rights would come with it, and could potentially offset the cost, thus raising the cost, and price at auction.

2-5 million. If everyone is in consensus that it should cost 6 or 7 or 9 or whatever, then i am sure that it will go for that. If the average joe thinks it is worth 7 million and makes a huge deal about it, I am sure there will be a rich guy willing to pay it. But if the average enthusiast feels 2-3 million sounds right, I dont forsee any body paying over 4 or 5 for it. I guess it all depends on the market. The thing is, anyone willing to pay that much could easily have their own super enzo built, recognized by the factory, for cheaper and in a way the met the new buyers exact wants.

Either way. Very interesting question. I guess the only way to find out is if he sells it.

It doesn't matter because Jim will never sell it so there is no point even speculating values

there really is no way to judge the value on a car like that, nothing to compare it too, though we wont have to worry about it being up for sale for a very very long time :)

I think 2-4 million sounds right. I has no racing history, and its styling isn't for everyone.
