I enjoy cross cultural essays. Have you seen the movie "God Must Be Crazy", "Lost In Translation", etc.

Kancho means Enema, and kids usually do this to surprise people. Naturally, they don't do this to powerful or older friends, only to others who are equal or lower status.

I didn't know kids nowadays still do Kancho though. I heard popular thing to do now is exchange cell phone text messages. (from my niece & nephew)

 

I just finished all of the essays. Truth really is funnier than fiction. Great laughs!

They then asked me what kind of beer I liked. Well, that's not too bad, right? So I gave them an honest answer. This, however, sparked a debate about which beers and alcohols tasted best. And they knew WAY more than they should have about this. One girl said "I like Asahi better than Kirin, it's drier so you can better appreciate the taste."

This girl is 12 years old.

That was definitely the most dangerous situation I've ever encountered. I had three boys going for both fronts, but somehow I STILL got out of it un-molested. I realized then that I had ascended to some sort of Anti-Kancho/Dodgedick Ninja Mastery. With my Kancho Sense™ and now Kancho Time abilities, I am The One who will bring down the system.
