I am in my cups!!!

Tomorrow morning I pick up my car after the man fixes my leather problem. He tells me only about 17 concept cars are made each year. He does about 10 -12 of them. He is doing my leather dashboard. Since this is the slow time of the year, he needs the work.

A strange fact: he must destroy any air bags he gets. He is not allowed to sell them; only throw them away after he denotes them. The man tells me he agrees with the Ferrari manual, which says you should replace them every ten years. Yipes, in three years, I must replace my air bags and that will not be cheap. Shoot.

Those of you who have seen my dash will understand why I am doing this. He never gave me a price for his labor. It should be interesting.

I have waited over one and half years for the gentleman to do the work. He got it Monday. I stopped to pick it up yesterday. He showed it to me. There was nothing in the interior of my 550. No seat, no dash, no wheel, even the tunnel was off. He told me the leather was still in Kansas City and I might get it back by tomorrow.

The man only works on concept cars. He does not work on normal cars. The only reasons he is doing it is knows my nephew and I waited for the slow season. Also, I kept stopping by.

I have no idea what this is going to cost me. The beast will hopefully be home shortly but who knows?
