    I know we talked about PGR3 before, but since I finally got my XBox360 (didn't want to pay premium for a system with bugs, err features) I had now a chance to play the game.

    I just finished all the challenges and was surprised how brief the game is. Also the interface is rather basic so to me it looks like they were rushing this thing to match the XBox deadline.

    Also (as usual) I'm missing the force feedback and the damage modelling on the car (although some slight damage can be done). Apart from that they really did a nice job on the graphics and sounds and the Ring just rocks. The Ring is (despite missing FFB) better than in GT4 by a long shot, a LOT more realistic and hence more difficult.

    Finally I hate to admit this, but I'm really struggling with the Ferraris. Aside from the Maranello I loop just about every one of them into a wall all the time. If I want to go fast I normally use the MC12 or the Ford GT. Pity.

    I have more trouble with the lambos and hitting walls. I do very well with the ferraris. Ford GT is great also and the MC12. For drifting though the sagaris by TVR is my favorite especially with that purple/green paint. Lots of details like when you wrecked have you noticed glass shattering? Very cool.

    The career is very short but that is were Xbox live comes in. To keep playing without having to do the same things over and over. The F50 GT is very difficult. Something strange is that sometimes I control it perfect without crashing and sometimes I can't drive because of all that power that makes it drift a lot. But at the end it is very cool.

    And the TVR Sagaris is my favorite from its class. It is easy to drive it and you can drift without going out of control.

    my gamertag: JaViErT 360

    Edit: and about the crashing. also if you crash the mirror you will se it all crashed and many pieces.

    FFB = Force Feedback

    More and less resistance on your steering wheel to give you an indication of over- and understeer. Unfortunately Microsoft doesn't own the patents to it, so they don't have it on the XBox. Sony has it on the PS2. Problem is, that Sony doesn't have the license for the Ferraris, only Microsoft has those. We just can't win. :(

    So what are we waiting? Let's make a session with only Fchat members and race! Right now I have no more time but tomorrow maybe yes. My gamertag is some posts above this one.
