I have been looking for a 930 for some time now .. A few weeks ago I saw a silver highly detailed 930 on Fchat advertised for sale .... It was immaculate so I made arrangements to see it bought it on the spot and have finally had a little time to drive it.
what an awesome car I bought my first ever porsche about a year ago a 2014 panamera gts for my wife then a few months later decided to try a 997.2 911S....so now I am hooked .....
but the 930 that just must have been an unbelievable performer back in the day because even now to this guy who has a ton of high performance cars when that turbo lag cuts in whoa it is a hoot....
In my opinion the lag is the car .. I look forward to enjoying her.....

Congratulations! I had an '87 Carrera once. Nothing like a turbo though. Enjoy!

I will post some pictures when I get a chance .. this car is really an amazing car It is still solid as a tank and just drove it maybe 150 miles today that turbo is amazing 2nd gear is good for around 85 or so from about 15 to 85 is pretty quick even by today ... not F12 quick but pretty quick..
THe original radio even works ok but got to admit the heater is pretty basic ...
    nice car...

    Yep. Mines an 88.

That thing is addicting. I drive it over the testarossa each time...

I have yet to have the guts to keep the pedal to the floor in second gear. The car is modified, and when the boost builds it frikken scary...

    I love it!

Congrats I like the BBS a very period correct look.

The car is a hoot to drive, once you upgrade it get manifolds, K27 and raise the boost you can get it up to 380hp range safely.
