I made a couple of calls today to the police department with regards to setting up an organized cruise. It seems that if you "pay" the police you can request that they arrive at a set time to any location you wish and plan a route as long as you wish wherever desired. If a via point is needed say a pass by the falls, then they will have to know ahead of time so they can plan for the detour and allow for additional time. Nothing money can't buy.

You will have to tell them roughly how many cars will be participating so they can judge how many marked cruisers will be required. What they will do is wait for all the cars to arrive and when we're ready they will stop traffic just like they did for us on the first exotics cruise. They blocked all traffic to allow us to get out onto the street and get into formation. Once out on the street they will (included in the fee) keep cars along side, in front and behind ensuring no one gets lost and amazingly enough travel ahead of the pack and block traffic so we don't have to stop for any red lights.

The only requirement they have is that there has to be a dead guy in the lead car and he has to be buried at the final destination.

Who's up for a cruise now!

did they give you there fee? Standard is usually $100/hour. It's well worth it IMO.

Its a lot easier to join the leader than to create your own.

These guys have been doing cruise ins for all kinds of different organizations for many years.

Just rent a hearse with an inflatable dolly in it, then you are all set for the escorted cruise.

Interesting article which makes alot of sense. All points made are a direct or indirect reflection to our passion of cars and cruises.
