    This garage has grown over the last couple years. Its neat and looks good. However, I would never let my garage get this clean. I would be afraid I would drop the framing nailer on the tile and I wouldn't feel comfortable spraying without having to blow $25 in tape and plastic. I do like the exhaust vent attachments and dyna systems but I just couldn't feel comortable working in it. I'd have to spend two hours after every use just to clean it up. I've discovered the trick is to have every tool that no other tool can do the job for. For example, a 3hp tile saw. Cuts concrete, tile, marble, plastic, pavers, brick, metal. Nothing replaces that in my garage.

    On the first one it looks like he kind of overbuilt his neighborhood....it's an amazing garage...but it's surrounded by vinyl sided duplexs....I guess he fell in love with where he grew up.
