    I got a letter Friday from a lawyer.

    Seems I refi'ed a house 3 or 4 years ago and never got the left over check. So they send a letter saying that they asked me last year if I wanted a new check, never cashed etc etc ...hmmmm.... never got that.

    So I send a letter back saying, ummmm.... let me think..... let me think..... ummmmm YES! I'd like a new check sent. $1620. :)

    I guess the kids'll get new underwear for Christmas afterall...
