I will never find slides quite like that from when I was a kid.

    Those are great.

Could that last picture be at Riverside around 1979 ish.
I was friends with the owner/driver of the Burgandy Daytona Joe Crevier's son In school and i went to a few of the races at Riverside.

My first guess on the GTE is 3199 GT. It was yellow and in Southern California in the early '80s. I don't have earlier information on it. Thanks for the photos. Keep posting!

Oh cool thanks for the info . Do you have any guesses on my dad's Lusso in 84? He bought it in from someone in Toluca Lake around 83.

LM64 is 250LM 5909GT when owned by Bob Epstien. That could be when he had it at Willow Spring. On Sunday after the event was over I drove it back to San Gabriel to store it for him. What was to be 2 weeks between track events turned into 2 months.

The no front bumper 275 GTB is likely David Christian's.

Crevier's Daytona is at Riverside coming up the hill for the LH falling turn. Can't remember the turn number but it then goes around to the right as it comes onto the back straight. This may be the IMSA race Joe had the car in. If so his co-driver was Pete Halsmer. For the race I held the fire extinguisher during pit stops. Drew snuck me into the pits to be with the crew.

The 250 GTO is Jim Stollenwerk's. Can tell because it has the short exhaust pipes exiting under the doors. He bought it from his then brother-in-law, Chris Cord.

Sold to the "arcade owner" at Coney Island while the car was at Francoise Sicards getting work done.

Knowing the name of your father might help to track the GTE and the Lusso. I doubt yellow GTE is 3199 as it was reported with a red interior.

Both GTO-photos show 4757, the photo not showing the fuel filler is flipped. SWB cal spider is 3293.

Your dad’s Lusso was 5511 GT.
I guess the Toluca Lake seller was Gordon Hubbard...
