Well i had to use heel and toe for the frirst time today. My dad told me to pull our 69 Vette out of the garage. It is on an angle and i have never pulled out of the garage before and havent driven a manual in months. I didnt want to smash our car into the wall so i decided not to take any risks so i decided to just keep my toe on the brake. It worked out fine i didnt hit anything so it was all good.

You matched revs to back a car out of a driveway?

That's not heel and toe, that's keeping on the brakes while the car is in motion, which isn't good, BTW...

    C'mon, guys!
He's obviously a younger fellow--educate/advise/help. That is what this site is for, no?
    FerrariDude,
Heel-N-Toe is the process of braking and matching engine rev's (with the right foot) prior to downshifting, and de-clutching and clutching (with the left foot)--done simultaneously.
    A difficult process to master.
Watch and listen to an 'in-car' camera/audio next time you see a race event on tv and pay attention as the driver approaches a corner--you will understand.
Note that the F1 transmission Ferrari offers does this 'rev-matching/downshift' (but not the 'braking' part) electronically in something like .2/second, which is way faster than a human can do it. That is why it is so popular.
