They don't deserve to be allowed on the roads. Not only last year did one drive over my '78 Carb 308 but today, I was happily following one in my shiny new '83 308 QV without a care in world when the bugger deliberately (I'm sure) drove through a pile of stones (possibly breeze blocks) creating a VERY obvious stone chip the size of Gibraltar beneath the headlight. It makes my **** itch.
    Strive to stamp them out.
    Sorry....finished now.

Funnily enough, I am off to donington on sunday and i shall be travelling into the great metropolis of Douglas this morning to pay/sort my ferry ticket.
I shall be travelling in on the steam railway which passes the bottom of our garden.
    Sure beats the M25 !

And much cheaper since you probably don't have a transmitter. IMHO the difference between a colour blank screen and the black and white version is negligible.

I don't mind the taxman taking 40% of my money for tax, 10% more for national insurance and out of the rest allowing the VAT man to take 17.5% of almost everything I spend and around 70% more if it's petrol, alcohol or smokes. I don't mind I can't make a bet without 20% of the money I get for just falling off a log and making a bet also goes to the VAT man and that if I take a bath, have a glass of water or take a leak I have to pay for that too. All seems perfectly fair doesn't it?

PDQ - at that rate of tax, you are never going to save enough money to pay someone to get rid of your caravans. Best you just avoid the roads, stay in (don't bother with the light switch - it doesn't work) and listen to the world service on the battery powered radio!!

I have Ltd company too .....the only way to avoid paying tax on dividends is to keep the £ in your company acct and not draw down the money by paying it personally to yourself.

I know a good way of getting a car if you have money in your company and avoiding paying as much to the revenue as you might do buying it yourself or as a company car
