What an onorous burden you bear. We have to do no such bouncing around here. Just set the heat, and pay the bill. High tomorrow is to be -15f and windy.

BTW, here, it was -20C this morning, it's snowing, gonna turn to 2" of freezing rain and 8C tomorrow, and back to -15C for the weekend. Means everything will be solid ice for a good while.

i feel your pain, i feel your pain. but, im really not looking forward to this coming summers steam room season. lived in houston my whole life, and ill never get used to that crap.

 

I feel ya. Houston has some crazy weather patterns; It'll be 90 degrees one day and the next day it'll be 30 degrees. The following day after it snowed in Houston it was nearly 70 degrees.

I don't want to hear it. Supposed to go down to 16F in Beijing tomorrow night. I'll freeze my butt off when I get off the plane...

 

It's nature's way of giving you free ice for the beverage of your choice. All you have to do is chip it off of your car.

 

We got 10 inches of snow last week (total for the winter so far) yesterday it was in the 20's and started to snow and then turned to freezing rain as temps went into the 30's. Everything is COVERED in ice today and temps are supposed to hit the high 50's today. THEN tomorrow it will get back into the 20's with more ice. Where is the FOCKIN' snow I live at a ski resort elevation of 4000 feet and it's gonna be in the 50's today WTF!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Can't you rig up a "clapper" to your thermostat? Clap on, clap off...
