I read this in todays newspaper. I cannot believe this. I ask if it is true. The Royal Navy has been advised by Her Majestys Government that under the European Human Rights Act, any pirate taken into custody would be entitled to claim refugee status in the United Kingdom and live on welfare for the rest of his life. ??? 12 cylinders or walk
