Ferrari and its dealers are in the business of making money; there is no way they would sell a 599 GTB for $320,000.

that's incorrect. Factory Ferrari dealerships sell to established customers NEW cars at MSRP.

Yes.. you have to buy the first one for over MSRP, let me them sell it for you and then you get your next ones at MSRP as long as you keep returning them to the dealer to sell again.

Happened to a friend of mine. Her bf bought her an F430 Spider for 110k over MSRP and it's now on consignment while she awaits her 599 at MSRP. I think they are asking 90k over MSRP for her Spider, but they're having a hard time selling it for that much since it's a couple years old now so she's going to take it back and drive till the 599 shows up.

Echoing what others have said: given the demand these days, it's entirely unlikely that you'll be able to even get on the list for a new car without a prior purchase.
If however you are a repeat customer, and always sell or consign your cars through your local dealer, you will usually have an opportunity to buy the next model at MSRP.

It's possible, those with good relationships with the dealer will get offered the regular cars at MSRP. Best make friends!

    LOL freudian slip? ;)
    Y didn't like the 430?
