    nice color. congrats.
i came late to the thread, but one thing i wanted to ask you is what experience you had in fast cars? you now own one of he fastest, most capable cars on the planet - are you able to handle it?

if the answer to the above is that you have not owned a powerful car before, then i strongly suggest you take this car straight to a track and get some lessons. this new toy of yours is also a weapon and a suicide machine if you do not know what you are doing.

tell me to take a hike if you like, but i would rather not read about you in the next fchat obit.

I had an M3 before, but your advice is well taken. I'll look into that before I do anything too crazy.

good. glad to hear it. while you are taking the lessons, try turning off all of the driver aids....its only then you will realize just how little you know. good luck.

btw, my advice would be to find somewhere close to vegas. if that is not possible, i highly recommend bondurant over in arizona.

    I liked the Ice Cream....

Well played. A beautiful choice for a first fifth or fiftieth Ferrari.

Drive it well and stay on the boards.

Ha yes, budget was out once I saw it. This one had the hydraulic lifts which I really needed for my driveway, they had another one in Red with lifts.. but I like the custom color!

The first cruise on Vegas strip was too much fun, pulling it into the driveway awesome, waking up the next morning and opening the garage door to see if it was still there - priceless! Friggin pinch me.. love this car!

Mike Shiffman introduced me to the service staff and Wynn Penske Ferrarri, and they were great. I was informed about the parasitic drain, and now have my baby plugged in. Next on the list is to RTFM and some more forum threads!

Everyone that posted and gave an opinion, I really appreciate all the input. It was nice to have a instant bunch of advisers and friends with me on the purchase.

WOW! What a gorgeous Spider. Looks like you by-passed the 308/328 starter Fcar and went right to the best NA V8 convertible sports car on the planet.

    Congratulations.

You are going to LOVE this car.
