Anthony, His threats are on public record and are published for the courts and police to see. If he did follow through with those threats, he would be the stupidest mother****er alive. If you do want to blow a whistle, simply inform him that copies of his threats have been forwarded to the D.A, Police and FBI (and do so) and if he were to so much lay a finger on you, he better start runnng. But I would use that as the last resort as you dont want to cause any further trouble. He sounds like all talk (its myspace for godsake), and the most likely cure is to ignore.

Contact all those agencies all you want---but in most jurisdictions "threats" are not a crime. Unless the means is present at that moment. So over the computer----Never....
First rule of kicking someones a$$ is you DONT TELL THEM you are going to kick their a$$, you just DO it. Making threats is the equivalent of wild animals posturing and puffing up their chests to scare the other guy. If he wanted to kick your a$$, he would. But he is trying to take the easy way - threatening you hoping to rattle your cage. I'm willing to bet you could get a restraining order - that would be an excellent course of action. Go to the police station and say you have a relationship with a girl (doesn't mean you have to be dating) and her ex or her wannabe BF is threatening you with physical harm. Tell them you are worried about it and would like a restraining order. I don't believe they can refuse to take the info - then you get a court date (usually very quick - like the next day) and an emergency 7-day or 10-day order goes in effect, followed up by a court date to enforce it for a longer period. That way, he can show up to court. You also will get to see this choad and you will have his name and address too. Then you can have a few friends jump him and beat his a$$ on his way back to his car from the courthouse

Threats arent a crime, but having made a threat and then harming someone after youve made them makes a better case than having not made any threats no?
