    I have bought some enamel and metal self adhesive shields for my 456 GT. I used to think that they wouldn't look good, as they weren't on my car from the factory. But, having tried them I really like the visual 'pop' that they add to my car. They are securely mounted by special 3M adhesive mounts, and I know that I can remove them easily if I change my mind in the future.

    I know shields are "polarizing" but I personally love them. Your's look great in my opinion. thanks for sharing

    The traditionalist in me reckons they shouldn't be found elsewhere than on factory race cars, but then my red 550 came with aftermarket shields that were apparently applied with super hard windshield glue and I can't be bothered bringing it to the paintshop to have them removed. At this stage I can tolerate them as harmless folklore on red or yellow cars. On other, more subtle and dark colours however I'm really not sure if they work. Whatever floats one's boat anyway.
