I have to fulfill a Christmas request, drive on Jan 15th.

A coworker approached me before Christmas about a friend of his that was trying to get a present for her husband. It turns out the hubby is a car guy, and loves Ferraris. For his Christmas present, he wanted to go for a ride. Like a Ferrari Santa, I agreed. I've tentatively scheduled Jan 15 for to take this guy for a spin, but it occurred to me that it might be fun if we could get a few cars together. It will give us an excuse to go for a drive, and make him happy to get see a lot of Ferraris together. He lives in Lewisville so I figure we'll start up North somewhere. Anybody want to join me?

By the way, he works at Chick Fil A and has offered free sandwich coupons!

 

I can do whenever works for the most people. My preference would be in the morning, but I'm flexible.

I'm up to 4 cars so far. A coworker might tag along in his Z06 or E55. At this point I'm thinking of a North Plano starting place, probably around 8:30. We'll do some highway miles due to the request of a driver that has special needs , followed by whatever else I can find.

Anyone else want to play? I intend to be home by 11ish.

It's looking like a 9am start at the Starbucks at Parker and the Tollway in Plano. SE Corner. I haven't figured out a route yet, will require a map I guess. As you can see, I'm putting a LOT of thought into this. More details to follow.
