I just dropped the hammer on the lovely 330 GTC that recently made an appearance on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2482595845&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT If my PPI goes well in a day or 2 I'll be a proud owner! YOOOOOHOOOOO!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Some guys are that way! lol No endless queries on color, trim and options.....they just DO IT (with apologies to Nike...) Congrat, Doc. Looks sweet!
Congratulations. That car looks very nice and that is a great color. Keep us posted on the developments.

AHHHHH, I use that one ALL the time! Well bought I say. These babies are gonna follow the 275s, up in value and back to Europe. Better hide that one in the garage!!
Greetings and congrats..I bought the 67 330 GTC out of Orange County ('66Turrin Car)..they are everthing they say and write about them...and to drive it is truly Divine...looks better than new.....
Silver one that Ferrari of Orange County had? That car looked beautiful. So you're happy with your new car?? BTW, welcome to F-Chat!!!!!
Congratulations Clifford - Gorgeous car & color. I love it. Have you been out to see it yet? Congrats!
Nope. I will get the PPI in a day or so, then I have a trip planned to take the whole fam-damly to see Manchester United at Soldier Field (yeah!), a little tour thru Wisconsin to see old chums, and then swing thru St. Louis to touch it, drive it and leave a certified check... if I can wait that long. Mr. Vann says the engine was well rebuilt 3 years ago (4000 miles), with new pistons, main bearings, rings , valves, hard valve guides, rebuilt transmission, all good sycros, rebuilt brakes, suspension, radiator, A/C, Complete interior redo, new Connolly leather etc, etc. Carbs should be just right. Says he has done several rallies, up to 100 MPH, no vibration. No rust, no serious body work, one repaint. Promises no smoking, tiny oil leak only from the valve cover gasket anteriorly. Sounds like a good #2 car, hope it checks out. I'm most impressed by what sounds like a proper engine and transmission rebuild, and nice interior!
I am very happy for you, congrats! Can't wait to see some more pics - Interior especially - Looks awesome. The interior looks grey in the pics, but is described as white - Do you think it is closer to white? What was the color originally? I love the color it is now.
Excellent ... and I'm all excited about buying a couple of go karts (maybe ?) ... looks real nice too. Pete
Mr. Vann says it was originally the light blue metallic, with red! interior. Described the seats as cream color now. I would have preferred tan... At least the exterior is my FIRST choice, I really like the dark blue on this car. The interior as once tobacco color when Mr. Vann bought it, confirmed on the registry. I'm really jacked up about this. I've never bought anything like this before. I suppose there is plenty of room for disappointment (when expectations are so high), but after talking with Mr. Vann, I think he is an honest man with a honestly restored car. (he owns the shop).
Outstanding!! Congratulations on the new addition to your stable. Hopefully you'll soon join the North Carolina crew for some of our events. We need some vintage (aka pre-308 !) metal in the group. -Daniel
