I have read these threads but am wondering if it's different on a Vetroresina with quick release deck. Need to replace some fuel lines and would be a lot easier w/o box in the way. However I don't want to create more issues. Great car and was daily driver for years. I'm guessing that removing the deck is the way and have done so in th past but it's been awhile...older now...lol! TIA

Absolutely remove the rear deck lid. Once it is off you will quickly be able to determine if removing the airbox is also advantageous. Removing the deck lid without the quick release is a max 5 minute job and the airbox is about 10 minutes. A small time investment for MUCH increased access in the engine bay.

Thanks...kind of thought so but requires an extra pair of hands.
