    What does a rotisserie restoration mean? I'm thinking chicken here. That's it.

    They mount the body on a rotisserie jig which allows them to rotate the car during restoration/painting etc.

    The jig does not produce a "better" restoration, just a tool for making the job easier.

    They are also basically saying that they removed the body from the frame. More commonly stated as frame off restoration.
