As I hinted in another thread, Spicy was looking out of our hotel room in Tokyo (shameless plug for the New Otani), when she saw these two park on the street.

Here's a sight you'll be hard pressed to find anywhere else in the world other than in Tokyo, his and her F50s (not bad for my 6000th post, no?)...

Very cool, Erik! And yes, typically Tokyo :D

BTW, Akasaka area, I presume??? Saw plenty of Ferraris on the road when I was there. There should also be an Enzo in that area. I visited the building where it should be, but at that time there were only some normal cars (read: 550, 3 x Bentley Cont GT, SLR, etc.). Funny place! Well, I guess I need to go back there ;)

My best friend and I stayed at the New Otani last year when we went for the F1 race! Amazing place. Fantastic gardens there.

Use the subway. Waaaayyyy cheap. Very easy to use once you figure it out. We only spent about $5 a day on subway tokens. When we'd use a Taxi (dinner and drinking) the cost would skyrocket.

    Hi Eric & Spicy,

What took you to Tokyo? I'm planning on going there for 3 weeks next April with Japanese and USA friends - - can't wait!!! Absolutely not suprised that you guys came across two F50s in a row - in the middle of Tokyo. Think of the concentration of wealth in one major city, compared to USA wealth in many cities throughout a very large expanse of land. Iv'e seen pics from Tokyo, where Enzos are in each other's way:)

Later - Good Sushi tips, OK? - - - Hank

While on tour there spotted an Enzo outside a McDonalds. Ferrari's, Lambo's and Aston Martin's were quite common in both Tokyo and Osaka.

The very first Ferrari that I saw in Tokyo when I was there, was .... an ENZO. Incredible sight! It happened close to the Imperial Palace, and the car probably went to the Ginza area ...

Also seen in Tokyo on the road: a F355 Challenge! Yes, including wings and Challenge wheels and so on. So, an amazing sight too ;)
