    Prefer the Beaverton area, but a Portland office if I have to.
    This concerns a neighbor sending me threatening texts, incidents are/have been reported to the local sheriff.
    Also falsely accusing me of things I have not done in the texts.
    Will probably get a visit (called them this morning) from the sheriffs office today.
    Thanks in advance.

    Thinking a letter ? to the neighbors or other options at this point.

    Criminal? I've never needed her services, but I've met Janet Hoffman socially, and she seems very capable.

    No, nothing that extreme.
    At the most maybe a “warning” letter.
    I am selling my house, no telling what these people can or will do to make it as difficult as possible.
    Open house is Sunday, but I would not put it past this individual to make the neighborhood appear undesirable.

    I don't get people like that. If they hate you that much wouldn't they want to see you sell and move? No logic when dealing with someone emotional though. Best luck!!
