Dave, I was going to call you. I believe I know who you are referring to, and yes we would prefer a stock exhaust. Perhaps a Tubi sport system with cats. Thanks
I cannot release the name of the show at this time, but it should be easy to figure out, what car TV show is based out of Toronto?
Interesting. Sounds great, wish you all the success and I hope you enjoy our great city. If you need anyone to spit shine the wheels of those cars or do any coffee runs, Lucas or myself and many others here would be more than happy to do that. A back rub? How about a foot massage?............LOL I've experienced many cars...........but anything for a ride in an F40 or 288. *sigh* Cheers eh Vasco.R
lol I definatly agree with Vasco. If you need people to hand out cold beverages? Wash/shine/dust the cars? Take photos? Hold umbrellas for shade? stand on one foot for an hour? or Anything else you could ever possibly need, we would be more than happy to assist! Best of luck, Lucas
Howdy Chris, I have 3 F40 here at the ranch but none are "stock". One is from Canada (ZR auto) and the other one is John's and of course,, you know mine. What about coming here at Leslie's event end of August and do a F40 reunion ?? LOL with your quest Roland F40LM By the way, I'll be at Gateway on Oct 7/8/9 with the LM and I know that you'll be welcome at that event.
I will try to make it, but it is hard to be every where at once! Gateway sounds possible, I would LOVE to see Leslie at PPIR, I will try, but with FCA in Monterey, August is very full!
Chris, Not sure if you are still needing a stock F-40. If so PM me I have a 1990 F-40 completely stock, would be willing to provide it for use in the show. Best regards, John
Ok, I will let you know, you are in Oklahoma? I grew up in Oklahoma, my mom still lives there, what part of the state are you in? I am in Tulsa alot.... Chris
I live in Bartlesville (just north of Tulsa), Originally from NYC. I read about your F-40 in Forza and noticed the Oklahoma tag.
This is great, my father grew up Bartlesville, he was born in 1912. He lived across the street from the Phillips mansion and knew that family well. We need to meet sometime! Rennsport in Tulsa is an EXCELLENT shop for Ferrari work, they recently did some work on my wife's 246GT I look forward to meeting you! Chris Parr
As you can tell by my late responce I don't get to check the board as often as I would like. Give me a heads up ([email protected]) next time you are planning a trip this way it would be a pleasure to meet you. Best regards, John
Don't ask me how I know this, but is this going to be filmed at the new track that has been built in Dunnville, Ontario? (about 90mins from Toronto)???
Location has not been determined, I think we are about 1 year from filming, at this point we have commitments for a 288GTO, F40 and an Enzo... still looking for an F50... Chris
