Contact the law offices of Randolph Sprinkles (408) 294-8970. When one of the four superior court traffic judges are on vacation in San Jose, he stands in as one of them. Knows them all on a first named basis. I got a ticket for going extreeeeeeeeemly fast (I would only PM you on the speed) in my NSX a few years back. He got me off with a small fine. Not cheap, but he's the best.

Hi everyone. I've contacted a couple attorneys and have been advised by both to seak out representation way before the time i did. I'm way too far in so they both advised me with some simple tips on how to lessen whats going to happen to me. just to give you the low down, I called and found out (from my ins. company) that i have 4 points on my license since it was last pulled (2 months ago).. well the last points that ever went on my license were from february of 05. I got 4 points put on my record for different speed violations. (i went to court for all of them at the same time). Well now its february again and i have (well had) 4 FTA's (failure to appears) and another 3 open cases for various speeding violations. So i had to go to court every morning for a week! well in comes thursday. 3 courts down, one to go.. I guess the courts had put out a hold on my license a few days prior. I go to pick my mom up from the airport on thursday night and i got pulled over for going 95 in a 65.. i was just cruising.. though rather fast i suppose.. The highway patrol officer came up and asked for the usual.. stated the usual (going fast etc.) she comes back and asks for the key to my vehicle.. i ask whats wrong and she states i'm driving on a susp. licesne.. shes impounding my car. I basically beg her, saying i dind't realize there was a hold, i've been going to court to get it cleared.. and i'm on the wya to pick up my mom.. she says she doesn't care and gives no slack.. so she impounds the car for 30 days or until i show proof of my license..so now thats 4 FTA's and 4 open cases.. well now i've taken care of everything and i'm going to be getting 3 points for speeding that i'm pleading guilty to and i'm fighting the other 5 points hoping to get them dismissed or whatnot. if not, thats another 8 points to go on my license which is 12 in 12 months lol.. to say the least, i have about 4 post is on my speedo and various places telling me to slow down, and drawin arrows to appropriate speeds for different roads..

It's painful just to read your writeup :(. It sounds like the equivalent of letting a small cavity turn into a root canal. My sympathies.

Reminds me a little of the guy I knew (honest to God true story) who with a suspended license (for DUI) in an unregistered car was drunk driving alone in the diamond lane at commute hour at 85 mph.

There are times when a low profile is indicated.

He got fired for missing work (the CHP decided he needed to be in custody) and thought that unfair.

Dude, I have told you before - don't post that stuff online. No matter what your situation is, putting it on a forum like this will not help.

Mike - it takes a LOT of restraint.

    Frozenguy,

Your handle appears appropriate. Apparently you'll be frozen out of driving.

In all honesty, representation would do little excpt to lighten your checkbook!

Your situation is quite serious. 4 points you lose your license. I have never heard of 8-12 points! I have been in WC court on a past matter wherein one had 4 points for speeding and whose license was taken then. He received both citations on 680 within a 1/2 hour!

You might want to consider a way to deal with your "authority" issue to prevent future problems. It would seriously be in your best interest.

Consider asking the judge if he can place you into a current jail facility that might have internet access.

Oh snap! Yeah you're doing cleanup on chernobyl here. I'm amazed that with FTAs you didn't go to prison. I'd delete or seriously edit the post frankly. And get a damn V1!

PS: I actually got a radar ticket even with a V1 the other day. 1199 plate didn't help. Chipie was sniping in POP mode (illegal mode by the way.) and managed to nail me even though I was on the brakes. Was a real ******* about it all too.

If I'm reading this correctly, everything that's happened to you appears to be your fault.

So my sympathies are with your mother, who probably had to take a Super Shuttle home from the airport when your car was impounded.

I agree. You have some problems here. You seem to be a chronic speeder, and apparantly get caught frequently...I suspect you might be walking for a while...
