    I want to buy a progressive light dash for my E38, and I sourced a part for 700 odd dollars from Circle BMW but I need a vin in order to buy it.

    For the record, it dash fits in all last gen 5 series (E39), X5's and last gen 7 series (E38), just needs dealer programing.
