355 I need help with a measurment

inherited a 355 top problem. among the issues is two missing parts. Not available or even listed in parts lists and haven't found one used so I need to make one. I need the outside diameter and the height of the dowel pin the engages the fork.
This is on the bolt that fastens the lower end of the bottom ram. See pictures. Thanks for any help you can provide.
