I need someone who can create decals

I’m looking for someone with the ability to create some custom decals for my 1:18 scale cars. The decals I want to create are black in white so I someone with an ALPS printer that has the ability to print white ink on water-soluble transparent quality decal paper (81/2x11) just one sheet. I’ve design the graphics in Adobe Illustrator. Please email me if you can help me out and I’m willing to pay you for your time. I have Paypal to send the funds if necessary.
