It's your car, do what you really want. I've seen a few wrapped in matte black. Look into wrapping it.

Can the wrap be undone at a later date? How is the finish affected once removed?

I would also recommend that you wrap the car. Cheaper than paint and easy to undo.

I have no idea why people like white so much lately. Who wants a Ferrari to be the same as the most common color of a Honda?

Bianco Fuji has nothing to do with white honda's ... its like saying way buy a red ferrari .. every corvette and camaro and dodge is red .. but you really dont see exotic cars with nice white like the Bianco Fuji ..

First suggestion, don't mess with any of them on color.

If changing the color of a car you already have is something you feel you MUST do, then I would wrap it. There are a few companies who can now do ANY color ANY texture, etc...

If you don't own the car yet, and it is a color that is available, buy the car that is the color you want.

Granted, if resale doesn't matter, than do whatever you want... but you will have one hell of a time getting out of a car that you totally changed the color on. ALSO, IMO, it will never look quite the way it should.

If you paint it, you will have a big story to explain when it comes time to sell it. Not to mention whatever you spend on the paint will be lost on a resale and of course the value of your car will be even less than someone else's counterpart.

Except that white is a current trend. It's something really of the last 3 years and has been accelerating.

That would scare me. Trends can run their course as fast as they come.

I'm not a big fan of white in general, but I think it looks exceptional on a couple of Ferrari's. It's my favorite on the 612. Like it on the 599, too. We're talking about changing an essentially silver car to white, not a huge leap, both understated. Since opinions were asked, I think the 360 body is one of the most beautiful Ferrari has ever created and if you're going to change the color, do something bold and not red. I'll probably need to duck some eggs, but I'd love to see a 360 in orange :)

I agree, I dont like sports cars in white as much as other colors. Its not to say the new Ferraris not good in white. White for me is for Rolls and bentlly convertibles and sedans. But white is the new black, go figure.

There's an old saying in design school.

If you want something to disappear, paint it black.

If you want something to be ignored, paint it white.

If you want something to show emotion, paint it with color.

just an FYI.... what ever color you wrap it in, consider the head lamps.... since no one has really figured out how to take them apart to paint or clean them, ad $8k for head lamps for matching color!
Thats even if you wrap it.....

Don't paint your car! Grigio Ingrid is a beautiful color, especially on the 360. I can still remember the first time I saw one in Italy. Wow!
