It's true! I have a friend from Montreal who is very well connected in various circles including the F1 scene up there (though ironically he is not really into racing at all). He gets paddock tickets for free every year. I was supposed to join him this year at the race but I couldn't go because my son was due any day. So, just to rub it in, he got his picture taken in the pits and e-mailed it to me. But that was only half the story. Today my friend came to visit us up in Maine to do some diving and he brought me a Ferrari hat. Cool, but I already have one, so no biggie. Then he told me the funny part. This was no ordinary Ferrari cap. He got it from Schumi himself. He asked MS if he could have his hat to give to a fan that couldn't make the race. He took the hat off his head and gave it to my friend, who gave it to me yesterday! So I have Michael Schumacher's Ferrari cap. I'm sure he gives away 25 of them a day, and has an unending supply of them from the factory but still, I think it's cool. BTW, it adds 400 HP to the 308 easily, and now I'm wearing the hat at all times, even in my sleep, until his driving skills rub off on me. Birdman
