I own the most beautiful car in the world!

O.K., I know that cars are like children, yours is always the cutest, smartest and best behaved. Same thing with our cars. I just happen to think I'm right. Got the 355 home yesterday after having my friend and mechanic tweak it and put in a new clutch. Drove over 400 miles in the last two days and what a joy. The Tubi alone is enough to make anyone stare but when it is combined with a stunning silver Berlinetta with Speedline wheels, Brembo brakes, and a challenge grill, well, even I look good in it. Heck, a bridge troll would look good in this car! Thanks to fellow F-Chat member, Sherpa, for selling it to me! I would post pictures but I don't want to gloat and have all you folks jealous! Oh well, I hope everyone has as good a Ferrari day as I had.

Yes, that was my wife and I on the Grapevine Saturday. Cruising about 80 and being passed like we were standing still by soccer moms in big SUV's and young women in white Mustang's and Honda's! PM me if you want to get together. I was up at Humphry's Station last evening and just as I pulled in, a black Lambo drove by and honked. I don't know who owns the Lambo here in Fresno do you?

 

Hey Ryan: After getting it tweaked, the oil leak fixed and a new clutch, you really need to come drive it! Just amazing, I'm sure you and Tim miss it but, as you can see, I'm taking real good care of it.

It still had a minor throttle break which is now gone. We also got rid of a very slight flat spot on the low end so the car now is crazy fast. My son drove ahead of me yesterday in the car while I was taking some stuff to a friend's house in his Surburban. Watching the car from behind and listening to the Tubi was very cool. I hadn't heard it from the outside! Nothing like it to be found! I'm a happy guy. No offense to my 328 and 348 buddies, this 355 is just so much more car. I loved my other cars but this one........
