    The house is still available and in great condition. It is perhaps the cleanest house in xixdxnxuxsx. The asking price is on the listing. If you are truly interested, I'm sure we could work out a fair price. Please let me know if you would like to come see it.

    This scammer really takes the cake. Is he going to say that he sent you an extra $50,000 over the top of the price of the property? Stupidity really does have no limits.
