This guy messed up with the wrong guy and with the wrong community.

I bought several items from Eric and he is class act! And Daytona355 you’re going way above the call of duty! Ferrari Chat is a great community!

I told Eric, I almost bought some signed Enzo letters from this guy several years ago...same stuff, he wanted to go outside of EBay to close the deal and I said no. I bought a couple of items from him, but nothing was big $$.

Eric, really hope you get your money back...if not, hope this guy gets some nice striped pajamas...

Unfortunately I lost a lot of my old emails last year, my company was victim of a cyber attack with ransomware. I already tried and eBay only has the history of the past two years.

It is Chelsea, rather expensive. However not the best part of Chelsea so probably not that much more expensive than his previous address. Building looks a bit tired from the outside and what I have seen from the inside did too. Best guess rent would be around £550 - £600 p.w.

 

Well if he can pay a rent of Stg 30000 per year i would think he can pay you the $4000.

I doubt he is renting the whole place ..more likely staying in a friend's place,especially as he appears to be broke.Or maybe rent 1 room there for around Stg 500 per month
