Who do you use? I have USAA for everything else, but the price is stupid for my car.

Anyone ever use Classic Car Insurance out of IND?

I use State Farm and they are very reasonable. I think about $5-600 per year.

I use farmers but unless deductible, coverage, multiple vehicle, accidents, longevity, etc, etc are identical it's difficult to compare.

I pay around $350/year from State Farm. Of course it has a Collector Plate and I'm over 60 years old.

Curious year, make and model of the car mentioned above ?
Also what was the quote from USAA ?

Also your zip code can influence price.

Agree with Wade. Grundy is the way to go. I saved $1,000.00 switching my Porsche to Grundy, and my 348 is $600.00/yr, agreed value at $48k, no deductible.

I use them, they are part of American Modern Insurance. I haven't had to use them for a claim but they seem ok.

Insurance is pretty hard to compare from one person to another. There are so many variables. State to state, age, driving record, etc etc all plays a part in what you're going to pay.

    Mine in Montana is

    355 no deductible , 50k agreed value, 5 k miles a year, $550 a year
    348 no deductible, 40k agreed value, 5 k miles a year, $480 a year

thanks I appreciate that. I think I am going to use them instead of Gundy. This is why:
Gundy says "for pleasure use only". thats fine and good. But what if I take it to base on a Friday...and someone hits me. I won't be covered. I asked.
CLassic, however goes by miles. And you are covered no matter what (it is $100 cheaper even!).

    Thanks again.

I have Classic Car for both my 355 and 328. Both cars are registered in Nevada but garaged in Los Angeles on the policy with a 3,000 mileage limit per year per car. I'm also about $550 per year for the 355 ($55k agreed value) and about another $425 ($40K agreed value) for the 328 but I have not increased the value on the 328 following the recent value increase. I have not had a claim for either car.

Cost was about 1/2 of Hagerty and 1/4 of Allstate which I have on the rest of my cars.
