I want a 360 key for my 355

Would be good if the key could be removed from the beautiful red plastic thingy, because you then get it milled down by a machine shop to fit.

 

Ok so i had Cavallino Models paint one of my keys.

It arrived today, but I was not pleased with how it was shipped.

Anyway, here is the picture.

Maybe sombody already asked this question, but why on earth would you want to have such a big key in your pocket attached to your key chain?? To me the 360 key is perhaps the worst key I have ever seen come form a car builder. Its to big, the paint chips off within about a month, and its ugly. The standard 355/F50 key is a really nice simple design. Small and very functional, and doesn't dig into your thigh when you sit down. If anything I would have a 355 key cut for the 360.

 

I have no idea what a 355 key looks like, but I don't find the 360 key as large. it measures 2 7/8" total.

Post a photo of the 355 key and give total length, please.

 

I thought the test mule was a 348--not a 355???

 

if you guys read the early post the 360 key or enzo key does work on the f355 but not on the 348 someone posted that if fit there f355 gts.

 

ok well i remembered reading this thread and seeing the pics of all the $$ keys , and i had ordered some ilco key blanks for my 348.. one day in the garage while i was waitingfor paint to dry, i made this one up from memory of what i remembered handling my friends '360 key , i tihnk i got close , well im happy.
cost - 2.00 for key ,.02 worth of fiber reinforced "bondo", .05 worth of red paint, and 2 gel decals from ebay.. (4 for 5.95 .)

I have an Enzo for my Mondial and 308 all you have to do is take it apart and have the keys cut and use a dremel to shape to fit in the plastic it took about ten minutes. Try the ferrari store sometimes they have them.

Great job on the key! If the bondo lasts you could get good $$ for them in blanks

 

fiber reinforced filler with 2 part polyurethane aircraft paint ...yup itll last quite a while..

 

There is a company posting Enzo keys on ebay. They must be the ones that got stolen.
