I was thinking the same question, I decided this week to buy mine. I was able to find a low mileage of 2100 Miles. I paid a bit more for it, but that's ok with me.
I think the bottom was last Nov/Dec and more and more people are starting to realize how great this car really is. I hope you find yours and buy it if you can.

I was pretty sure I didn't want white, def not red. I was also looking at the gun metal gray. But silver is bonkers it really shows all the shadows

As someone who has owned a v12 Ferrari (599) before, I think f12 is the end of the road. Frankly, current models such as SF90 or 296 GTB do not interest me at all. It is a great car with the tremendous sound of the v12 engine, incredible acceleration and easy handling. To be honest, considering today's conditions and prices, I would not want to own an F12, but for those who want to buy this car, it is an option that should not be considered for a moment.

Heavy sigh bc you knew they were always planned to expire since 2017; you know they add $2t to the deficit by 2028; or you know extending them adds $3.8t over the next decade? Regardless it’s difficult to imagine these cars getting significantly cheaper anytime soon…

Yeah, but it sure felt good at a professional level. Every real estate developer client I have is carrying over seven-figure NOLs. Onward and upward...

Frankly, I don't have a clue what is going to happen. Nobody else does either. But I know this, car washes et al are overpriced due to cost seg and bonus depreciation. It will be interesting to watch what happens to real estate values when the tax goodies go away.
