P.S. Dave I saw on the news where Jefferson Parish is giving passes for business owners to get back in on Monday. They said that once a business registered they could print out many passes as they needed. So if you know a business owner this might be a way for you to get back in.

Operation JumpStart Jefferson

Existing businesses with operations in Jefferson Parish may obtain a pass to enter and transit throughout the Parish in order to restore their facilities and the facilities and resources of Jefferson Parish citizens. This is not a permit for businesses to start operations in the Parish. Although you can print the pass now, it is not valid until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, September 12, 2005.

You only need to register your business for a JumpStart Jefferson entry pass one time. You may print as many copies of the pass as you need for your essential employees.

Businesses without Internet access, can obtain a JumpStart Jefferson entry pass at the following locations starting on Monday, September 12, 2005.

I had hoped that these cards would be given limits on use, such as food, clothing(not designer BS), and the like.

I just knew that some clowns would immediately use it as means to go on a spree of sorts. So stupid I can't take it. I am sure those people are in the minority, but man, some sersiously think they deserve to spend like maniacs and act like it as well.
