Hi guys and girls, A few weeks back I created a thread asking if I should go with a 488 or 720s and I am pleased to say that I have taken delivery of a 720s stacked with just about every option in Elite Saros paint. I’ve included some pics from my local McLaren dealership as my basic iPhone pics cannot do the car justice. Thank you to everyone that gave me their insights and opinions. I really appreciate it! Thank you everyone. I am blessed and more so happy to be able to share this passion with fellow car enthusiasts. Thanks again everyone.
I own a Lusso T with the v8 turbo engine, and I drove many other brands with turbo engine, only Ferrari so far made it almost zero lag, does anyone have experience with Mclaren 720 engine feel in the sense if it lags a little when you are in higher gear and suddenly want to boost, Lusso T engine which I think is similar to all other Ferrari new era v8 is absolutely fantastic feels so close to NA yet super tongue that pulls crazy thank you in advance for the feedback about maclaren Mike
Great choice and impressive spec. What a perfect combo of colors! The 720 is a rocket ship, and one of the greatest sports car values around right now
when i drove the 720 s and 488 gtb ,488 had no lag imo 720 s does but its a faster car i think it has more than 710 hp felt like close to 800.loved the 720 s but went with the 488 gtb both are amazing performance
Are you the guy who complains at McDonald’s that the Happy Meal has the wrong toy?? Why would you post this on this guys thread and take away his excitement?
Good question/observation, all me to explain. Not a complaint at all; if this car (and I cannot tell) is pre-owned would be good idea to check for that. If new, again, good to know. Informative. That's all I was doing. Afterall he had another thread where he was trying to figure it out and this was not mentioned... https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/looking-to-get-a-488-or-720s-have-some-questions.623053 And it is a potential major issue (regardless of cost to repair) since you cannot drive very well with a cracked windshield (should it occur), we are not talking about an errant issue such as rock chips on the bumper. Should I have instead posted to that other thread?
