    There have been other threads about Delta Vee (Fchat sponsor) and their products, but i thought I would create a new one after the great experience I had with them:

    Several months ago I needed two new shocks for my 355 Spider, and i contacted Delta Vee. The price was very good. I received the shocks, mounted them and sent my old ones back for a core charge refund. All well and good as expected from the things I have read about Delta Vee.

    Recently, the front right corner of my car started to make funny noises, and it turns out that one of the rebuilt shocks seals deteriorated. When I called Delta Vee about this, I expected a fight, but instead I got an IMMEDIATE response. On my say so alone, they sent me out a new shock for next-day delivery to get me up and running. After the fact, they talked with my mechanic to analyze the issue and cause, and gave him their FedEx number to return the old shock.

    THIS IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! You might say that it was their fault, because the shock failed in the first place, but regardless of how careful they rebuilt the shock, **** happens. They stood behind their product and they had great, immediate customer service.

    This is how it should be done!!!

    Right on. This is how things SHOULD be. All businesses run into a problem here and there, but what separates good from bad companies is how they respond to these problems. My 355 will be getting some new shocks soon and I already know who I'm calling!

    It's great to hear stories like this. It seems these days that customer service like this is dead and gone. I will go out of my way for companies that have treated myself and others well.

    Many can get the part; less at a good price; but it's the few with good service that makes the sale for me. Thanks, I've just bookmarked them.

    Rob at Delta Vee came through again for easily the 2nd or 3rd time since I posted this thread.

    Living in NYC has put a serious hurt on my 355 suspension on many occasions, and Rob came through again with flying colors. I left a message on his machine last night about a blown shock - he rebuilt an old body I had shipped him a year ago and sent it out to me today. THAT is cool!
