BEST TESTAROSSA CHALLENGE Traditionally, the ICF Committee would wait until this year's extravaganza to announce new elements for the following year. However, we have been gratified by the great response to this year's 'Best Spider Challenge' and we wanted to make an early announcement about '08. For 2008, ICF will hold a national competition to answer the question: Of Ferrari Testarossa cars, who owns the best? The goal will be to highlight this wonderful model. We will ask owners of these great cars to converge upon ICF 2008 where we hope to find the absolute best. Contestants can be assured of fabulous awards, a hallmark of ICF special projects.
