Decided that my factory wipers needed replacement. I think I read a thread where someone used the newer monolith wipers from Bosch. I decided to try the Bosch ICON wipers- 24" for driver's and 21" for passenger. They fit very nice and now I am waiting for some rain to test them at speed. Somehow I felt the old OEM wipers were unable to handle anything more than light rain. I'll have to see if the new ICON's are any better. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I installed the Icons, too. I can't say whether their high speed performance is better than stock, but they sure do look better, especially from the driver's seat.
Good one Daniel. Ok, I put those on my wife's car and all they do is squeek to no end. I even put rain-x on hoping it would provide some lube. Ten minutes later, squeek, squeek. I'm going to have to replace the darn things. I'm not talking some little hamster sqeek either. Just my crappy experience.
"Wait a second. It Never Rains in California " Almost true! I take my wipers off my cars, they look ugly, throw some Rain x on just in case, and I dont have to drive in the rain.
