Some time ago a member here posted a really nice shadow box he had made with a complete set of Ferrari Formula 1 cars from 1947 through 2011.

Recently Replicarz posted a shadow box for sale on Ebay with an assortment of Ferrari racing cars from makes like Ixo, Bang, Mattel, etc.

I've long thought of making such a shadow box with iconic Ferrari race cars from the 70s through today but limited to makers no more costly than Spark or TSM at the absolute upper end. Possible choices would be Altaya, Art, Bang, Best, Bburago, Fujimi, Ixo, Mattel, Minichamps, Spark and TSM.

So... help me select the cars for this project! Remember, low cost when possible - and only the iconic cars from each era with my interests really starting in the early 70s. Please only name cars that you know to be fairly readily available.
