I'd like to test and refurb my injectors...

I'm going thru this now... (over winter).

Stateside at least, there are numerous reputable places that will sonic clean, flow and back flow each injector as well as replace the caps, rings and filters for 20-30 each. As well as a before and after report.
I found some places to acquire the consumable bits, but couldn't come close in price to the proper equipment needed to do any useful cleaning.

When I removed my injectors, I found multiple tips were cracked or all together broken. The O-rings were extremely hardened as well. Unless you really desire to get into this, I would just remove them and send them out to a regional specialist.

I would absolutely have them serviced. Incorporate them into a 5-7 year a service.

 

A lot of us have become so disenchanted with the inconsistency of the commercial services we have set ourselves up to do it. I know I did and am very happy I did.
$20 injector servicing is like a $19.95 oil change or a $12 haircut. You are getting your moneys worth. Might as well just leave them in the car.

I am scaling back the business yet I am equipping myself to do more in house than I ever dreamed I would because of the rapidly shrinking quality service available that we used to count on and take for granted. The world of subcontractors in this business has become a horror show. The quality people are retiring and there is no one to take their place.

 

That is a very very frightening thing to hear. I have - literally - lost sleep thinking about what's in my driveway and what you are saying.

 

Finjector in Helsinki is place to contact for injector cleanup. At least for EU customers. Though they sell worldwide including US. Had my 550 injectors done there and have used them to do same for several sets of 928 injectors.
