Perfect Ferrari would be a complete 355 GTS exterior with a 430 Scudera motor & F1 system.
The scudera motor would be accumpained by a custom kreissieg exhaust system..

Appearance: azzurro metallic on red full leather interior & challenge grille..
minimal suspension adjustments (just to keep a refined look.)

As far as maintenance, their competition seems to be pushing them further in that direction. The value of a retractable hardtop verus soft is debatable, but who wouldn't want a convertible Ferrari that has the same weather protection as a coupe. AWD is the same thing, increases the usability of the car.

At the heart of it, to me it goes to the definition of a "supercar". It seems that perhaps we have pushed the envelope to cars that go 250 mph, and have ever bigger thirstier engines. Their relevance on public roads diminishes as they become more extreme. My personal favorite car is the 288GTO, followed by the F40. Now imagine a car with the same heritage and evocative looks with equal performance. Except despite being "super", it also can be driven everyday in pouring rain or sleet.

People often congratulate exotic owners for actually using their car and putting on miles, why wouldn't Ferrari make it that much easier to wear your car out so you buy another one?
