    here in houston, we had a recent birth of identical quapdruplets without any fertility drugs. i met the parents today, and i have to say they are great people. i couldn't imagine having twins, much less quaduplets. supposedly, there are less than 50 reported sets in the world.

    i remember living in san antonio and there was a set there. they were the hanson quads, and their lives were followed from infancy to college. has anyone else had any experiences with identical quads?

    i have to say, even i couldn't keep them truely identified. with all being identical, it would be very easy to not only confuse them, but even easier to lose track as to who was who.

    Hard for me not to mention that in Texas identical quads are not rare.

    The armadillo always has 4 identical offspring, the only animal that does this.

    Not to mention the only non-human carrier of leprosy as well.

    Now if that ain't a hijackin' I don't know what is!

    Dude, that's really interesting info. Thanks! Armadillos and quads and leprosy, huh.

    wspeer, could the parents tell them apart? It's funny how they can with identical twins, when others can't. Wonder if they can with quads. Otherwise,yeah, tatoo parlor, lol!
