I agree it's a great car for the money and has an Italian look to it.

I have a yellow metallic 2002 Esprit V8 I purchased new in spring 04. It has been very reliable, sounds great with high flow cats and has amazing steering. It's great in the garage next to my 89 Testarossa (just doesn't sound quite as good 😏). I believe the 2002-04 cars which are the last of their kind (round tail lamps and center exhaust) [IMG]have no where to go but up.

I had a Red/Creme with red piping S4. Great car, I miss her. But she was in concourse condition and I was afraid to drive her much. Sold her with 17k miles years ago. I replaced the clutch line with a steel braided line as it prevented loss of clutch pressure when hot. Fantastic car, tail lights made my Toyota. Never a hiccup.

The prices seem pretty good on the lotuses these days. Like TRs of 3 years ago.

I think the 02-04 V8 Esprit is undervalued and a GREAT buy today. 1 of 100 production for 2002 and Less than 100 for 03. Less than 40 produced, if my memory is correct, for 04! Great power to weight and excellent steering.
