If Ferrari could build you a custom Ferrari, what would it be?

A street legal version of the F1 car. Hhhmm sounds like an Enzo. I wouldn't mind a twin turbo F50 or Enzo. A twin turbo 355 spider with updated supsension, electronics, interior, etc....

 

Light and nimble car similar to Lotus Elise) but then with a real engine!

 

Updated 328 GTB with a chain-driven 430 motor/7 speed transmission and speed-sensitive power rack&pinion, serious brakes. Carbon fiber body to lose the weight. Add traction control, ABS, MDS, and a 10yr/100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty.

You heard me, I want a black on black Ferrari Enzo Station Wagon, complete with 8 cup holders, flip down flat screen w/ DVD player, 4 doors and a hatch in the back, room to stuff in a full standup bass and then some.

i dunno about that. it'd be heresy to put a modern engine in a 250 body, wouldn't it? think about the aural mismatch?

i want them to bring back the mid-engined 12 and do a Challenge Stradale version. now that would scream bloody murder.

i'd be happy to just take an Enzo though and be done with it - no custom work required.

HMmmm, I guess it would be a Ferrari I could go skiing with and use all year round, like my brother's 996 Carrera 4. I love many old Ferrari's but why not take advantage and get a new one.

I'd like an awd 430 CS with height adjustable suspension for the snow days and Manhattan roads. Oh, and I want it to go for at least 30k between major services without having to drop the engine for a belt change.

 

Under a display case between the two rear-seat passangers. Ear protection is reccomended.

Hmmmm, a custom Ferrari, anything.

I think I would have them make me a modern 246GTS Dino. I'd keep the exact shape and style, but modern materials, proper rustproofing, proper electrics, fuel injection instead of carbs, a cooling system that could handle hot weather, reliable A/C, a tranny that was easy to shift - you get the picture.

I don't care about a gazillion horsepower, or endless electronic gizmos, or a super killer sound system. Give me that Dino shape in a car that would last, and I'd be in pig heaven.

 

Id be happy with an F40 GTE street legal and with Ac. Or a road legal F50 GT.
